Roles and responsibilities:
- Doctor needs to provide audio consultations in Haircare and Skincare through App.
- Conduct follow-ups with patients every 5 to 6 weeks.
- The Doctor should be able to provide empathetic and patient-centric consultations.
- Company will be providing training on the use of technology and app.
- Keep records of customer interactions.
- Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies.
- Take the extra mile to engage customers.
